Why can't I make a purchase?
iTunes may cancel an order or place a hold on a purchase for security reasons.
When orders are cancelled, it may take some time for the credit to go back to your account.
If you're seeing an error message when trying to make a purchase, you may wish to try:
- Purchasing in smaller increments
- Purchasing a gift card
